What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, priority 3–8. Order before 4 PM on a business day and we dispatch the same day.
How does the return process work?
Not fully satisfied? Request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@vivitstar.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or defective item. What now?

How long until I notice something?
